Description:
The overspray filter is made of two pleated and perforated cardboard walls glued by their edges. The result of this unique design engineered by Sun Holy wind is the best disposable filter using the inertia separation principle.
The inertia separation principle of the overspray filter is the key to capturing the overspray of paint, glue, resin, fiberglass, tar, teflon, oil, grease, or any other airborne liquid particle, efficiently.
The paint particles are captured and retained outside the airstream in the holding pockets. Due to this separation the static pressure remains constant and the overspray filter lasts 3 to 5 times longer than fiberglass filters.
The Standard two pleated cardboard walls capture 97% of high solids and holds 4 lbs. per sq. ft. of overspray.
